Notes on prices
Prices are fully inclusive of electricity, air conditioning, heating, sheets and towels, hot water and cleaning at departure. Discounts available for longer term rentals - please ask.

Changeover day
Flexible - wherever possible and depending on existing bookings. Any number of days are available for rent.

Accommodation

Living Rooms	Open plan living room with sofa's, table and satelite TV. Balcony with table and chairs outside living room
Kitchen	Modern open plan kitchen with table/chairs, electric/gas cooker and oven, extractor fan, fridge with freezer, dishwasher.
Balconies	Outside living room with open grill and pool overview. Outside master bedroom with pool or area overview. Balconies comes with table and chairs.
Pool area	Open area in front of apartment buildings. Sun chairs are available. In the basement of the building there is a fitness area with sauna and shower. All is included in the rent.
Bathrooms	Master bedroom bathroom with shower, wash and WC. Guest bathroom has shower, wash and WC. Heating cables in both bathroom floors.
Air conditioning	Separate air conditioning/heating in living room and bedrooms.
Laundry	The washing machine is located in the master bathroom.
Cleaning, towels and linen	Towels provided  and changed weekly. Property fully cleaned on departure or on agreement for longer stays.
Carparking	Parking places available on the property.

Notes on accommodation
Perfect for all families who appreciate having all attractions/facilities within reach (by walking) and still have the possibility to relax in silent and secure surroundings. You may even decide to stay on the property and still enjoy your holiday taking a bath or sun bade as much as you want. Smokers are kindly asked to smoke at the balconies or in the outside area. Pets not allowed.

Beach
15 minutes walk to the nearest beach. Numerous wooden cabins along the beach serving snacks, light lunches and drinks. Sun beds and parasols are plentiful and cheap to hire for the day.

Golf
There are several golf courses nearby. 

Airport transportation
Nearest airport is Antalya International airpost, 1,5 hours drive away. Airport transfers can be arranged by a private air conditioned car or minibus (depending upon party size). Car hire is not necessary but gives you the added flexibility to see the area around Alanya.

15 minutes walk to the beach
20 minutes walk to Alanya town center (boat trips, jet skiing, nightlife, Dim Cayi River, Castle, etc)
10 minutes drive to Konakli (wednesday market not to be missed for the cheap leather, clothes etc)
30 minutes drive to Manavgat (River boat trips, waterfalls, Karting)
40 minutes drive to Side (Old Roman Town)
50 miuntes drive Belek (Golf)
60 minutes drive to Antalya airport

Further details
Our apartments are in a friendly European (most now English quite well) speaking community, with most owners from Norway. Our key holder lives on the complex and is at hand to meet your individual requests.

Many restaurants offer a complimentary pick-up and drop-off service.

Booking notes
25% non-refundable deposit within 7 days. Final balance and a 200 Euro returnable deposit is due six weeks prior to arrival. Deposit is returned within 10 days after your arrival back home.
